Editor-in-Chief, Professor Khalid Khan, and a team of BJOG Editors are delighted to be attending the FIGO 2015 World Congress. Details of how to get involved with BJOG at this congress can be found below.

Author Workshops

We will be joining Editor-in-Chiefs of IJGO, the Green Journal and JOGC for two author workshops:

Monday 5th, 13:45–15:15, How to Get Published Part 1: What you need to know

This workshop will follow the format of a more traditional author workshop, taking you through the processes and resources you need to know about when preparing your paper for submission.

Topics will include:

  1. The Editorial Process
  2. Author Resources
  3. Ethics
  4. How to promote your papers post-publication

Thursday 8th, 08:00–09:30, How to Get Published Part 2: What you need to do

This workshop will provide a more interactive forum, allowing you to discuss common author issues and questions directly with the Editors. Also included in the programme will be short break-out sessions with Editors for more in-depth discussion, followed by a Q&A panel to put the Editors on the spot and reflect on issues raised throughout the workshop.

Exibition stand #1042

Please come and talk to our colleagues from Wiley on Stand #1042. They will be happy to answer queries, and in particular point you in the right direction to the wide portfolio of author support tools available through BJOG.

We have all the author support tools to ensure you have the best chance of getting published in BJOG. Visit our new author hub for more information.
